Annie Bilski is our Preschool Director at Messiah Lutheran Church & Preschool. She has been serving at Messiah since July 2014. She and her husband Grant have a son, Collin. As a family they love to play in the snow, have nerf fights, get dirty and spend time together! They are all huge Minnesota sports fans (Go, WILD! Vikings! Gophers! TWINS!) and Collin’s first words were “TOUCHDOWN”. Outside of sports, the Bilski family enjoys traveling, spending time at the family cabin, and especially LOVE spending time with their family and friends! They love vacationing in Florida at Disney World.
Annie received her bachelor’s degree from Concordia Saint Paul in Elementary Education and Lutheran Classroom Teaching. She continued her education at St. Cloud State University studying Special Education with an emphasis in Emotional, Behavior Disorders and Autism. Her experience ranges from working with infants through 6th grade students and special education students. Annie has multiple years of experience and training in working with students on the Autism spectrum. Annie works with the staff team each year to continue to develop their skills in working with students with special needs. If your child has a special need and you’re interested in Preschool, Annie would love to have a conversation with you!
She has a passion for seeing each student grow and develop to their greatest potential. Each year it amazes her to watch kids enter the classrooms on their first day of school and watch them grow throughout the year. Annie’s favorite day of the school year is the Spring Concert & PreKinders graduation – the amount of work that each child has put in throughout their time at Messiah Preschool is displayed for all to see. She is so incredibly proud of each of the students! Annie is thrilled to be a part of the ministry team at Messiah Lutheran Church & Preschool. If you have any questions related to the preschool, Annie is the person you need to talk to! Messiah Lutheran Church & Preschool has been an incredible blessing to her and her family. They love it here and are excited to see how Messiah grows and develops in the coming years.
